    I think the place is good.

    Perfectly pleasant experience there. Room was reasonably large and staff attentive. Nice pool, parking on-site. Everything perfect. What a nice and unbeatable location near the sea! The outdoor restaurant for breakfast.

    The beach access was fantastic, with clear blue waters.

    Upon arrival, our room was not clean, unacceptable. We faced issues with no towels provided in our room. Communication among the staff was poor, leading to our room keys being deactivated unexpectedly, frustrating.

    It was nice stay and very comfortable and the bufe breakfast was excellent. Rooms were good and space is enough.

    Out side rooms (corridor) should be cleaned by water every day to remove sand and dust around. Rooms floor should be cleaned better by janitors. Coffee and tea bags should available at room on daily basis as part of the service.

    I stayed with my family for 3 nights and felt like home. The hotel locations is excellent and the services were outstanding.

    Though hotel & room style is not luxuries, but cleanness and furniture type give pleasant feeling. Breakfast area is pit small and mostly crowded, but waiters services are excellent. Air conditioning distribution is a problem in the 2-bedrooms suite.

    I absolutely loved the clean and comfortable room with a stunning view 🌊. Breakfast was delicious, but the pool area felt chaotic at times. The beach access was perfect, but the poolside drinks are way overpriced!

    They don't tell us they are forbbiden swimming in sea because of mishref station desaster and the cost is overpriced

    The location

    I have made a reservation with my remarks for sea view as it was not shown in the net through Booked.net and I have got a pool view when I arrived. To make it up they have upgraded me to three bedroom but on undesirable location on the pool side and I had to change it to another suite. Also i asked for a map for Kuwait with all the main attraction and I have got only a one page A3 size paper with no markable sites to visit.

    Charming beach vibes with a twist

    The beach access was fantastic, with clear blue waters right at our doorstep. The breakfast spread was good and set the tone for a perfect day ahead.

    The poolside service was disappointing, with limited drink options and high prices. It was inconvenient having to leave the pool just to grab a drink or snack.

    My room was confortable and clean, very close to the swimming pool. The hotel facilities were very well maintained

    My room's main door was in front of a underground car parking, which was very noisy and the smell was unpleasant. We could not use the beach, as the hotel personnel said that the sea was contaminated?? This was not mentioned in the hotel website. Also, at the booking time, I requested a bath tube in my room, but I found a shower instead

    I requested a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room, I complained and they moved me to another smoking room that had a stronger cigarette smell but without the ash tray. I finally decided to move to another hotel and went to checkout just after two hours into my stay and they asked about the reason for checking out and I informed them about my problem being in a smoking room, they informed me that they have a room that is non-smoking and the guests just checked out (that was at around midnight) and needed to be cleaned. They finally moved me to the non smoking room at around 2:30 am. They gave me a plate of fruit as a compliment that is when I felt insulted. Normally, in five star hotels fruit plates are standard! I will not stay in another Mövenpick resort again.
